At Easyrentalz, we take extra precautions to provide every guest with a clean, comfortable and well-maintained home. Our properties feature hotel-quality bedding, multiple layers of bedding protection, thorough cleaning procedures and preventative property treatments.
Every bed is carefully prepared with multiple protective and comfort layers to help maintain a clean and comfortable sleeping environment.
Our pillows are also double-layer protected for added cleanliness and comfort.
Guest-contact linens are changed and professionally cleaned or thoroughly laundered between guest stays. Mattress and pillow protectors are routinely inspected, cleaned and replaced as necessary to help maintain our hygiene standards.
In addition to our regular cleaning procedures, we take preventative precautions to help reduce the risk of bed bugs, bacteria, unpleasant odours and other hygiene concerns.
Our homes are also periodically treated using ozone equipment while the property is completely vacant. After treatment, the property is thoroughly aired out before the next guests arrive. This is an additional preventative measure used alongside our regular cleaning and sanitation procedures.
Guest security is also important to us. Our properties may be equipped with exterior security and lighting features designed to help provide a safe and comfortable stay.
Security cameras are located outside the property only and are intended to help protect our guests and the property. There are no cameras in private interior living, bathroom or sleeping areas.
